But a couple if days after eating sweets like crazy (cus I might not get to eat them for like.. months bcs of quarentine) I stopped and went back to NO CARBS diet.. I thought I gained a couple of pounds too so I was scared and didn't touch the weight machine. Today I saw this and was like WHAAT? DIS RLY ME? anyways heres the results! Imma keep doing this for 2 more weeks cus after that, my body gonna get used to it and I won't see much changes. Weight : 55.3 kg I'll update my weight 2 weeks later and the I'll stop and move to another workout! One week later: so I hope u all know this that on the first 2 weeks u lose weight and on the third week, u gain weight. But the weight is not FAT, instead, it is MUSCLE that builds up. But u lose that weight again on the 4th week. So this week I expected a bit weight gain but instead, experienced a lil weight loss. I'll let u guys know abt that later. So theres a bit problem with this workout (only for me). I'm not fit for it. After I began doing it, my feet got blisters but I ignored it, but since a few days back, I experienced some joint pain on my feet. I told that to my mom (a doctor) and she said that it is bcs of this workout. I guess jumping jacks is not for me tho.. this workout video is the first workout video which included jumping jacks and it still did it. I never did jumping jacks before. So I think I shud stop this workout and move to another one which my body DOES NOT REJECT. I’ve been doing this workout for about a week now along with your “Kill this love” workout (and a couple other cardio vids) I could BARELY get through this one workout for quite a while and thought you were insane for being able to do it 5 times?! After just a few days, I CHOSE to do this SEVEN times and was able to do it without absolutely dripping sweat and tears. These workouts (with a few others) and changes in my diet has helped me lose 4 lbs (~2 kilos) in a week! TYSM !!

Can u please post more workouts to songs as it really helps and I think we all agree it is much nicer to listen to good music while working out ( even if you don’t do the workout and just sit in bed and watch emi do it 😝 lol )
